About NRS

Locally owned and operated, the faces behind National Recycling Solutions (NRS) have been in the thrift business promoting recycling textiles for over 30 years. Because we not only buy but we have also sold merchandise for so many years, we understand what is important to you: decreasing waste and promoting a green lifestyle. Many people recycle paper and plastic, but 95% of items in landfills are textiles. By recycling with us, those items will stay out of landfills. NRS can recycle clothing, household items, electronics, books, pet supplies and so much more. We are hoping to continue expanding with more donations, more charitable organizations, and serving more families in Texas. You can even include a textile recycling bin at your next event.  At NRS our mission is to support the DFW community thru fundraising recycling efforts, consumer education and to support local retailers. The NRS Way

Efficiency - Because we understand this is only a small part of your business, we make efficiency our top priority. NRS makes every effort not to disturb your business. You can rest assured that our drivers will be there on time and will finish as quickly and efficiently as possible. 

Reliability – At NRS, we want you to know you are working with a company you can rely on. We make it a point to process all payments within 24-48 hours and always arrange pickups around your schedule. NRS has its own fleet of trucks, employees, and supplies, and we do not subcontract any part of the work. This means that when you hire us, you know who you are working with, every step of the way.

Accuracy – We believe cutting out as many variables as possible is a key to optimum success. We always weigh our trucks before and after each pick up, and provide you with copies of certified weight tickets each time.
